Although she is a doll, which we all associate with perfection and stillness of life, she is obviously detereorating, and everything is in shambles or is drooping. I love the decay and the drippiness of it all. Very good, very good.

It's somewhat reminiscent of a koRn poster I once saw, it's nothing similar(the poster was far more surrealist in style, not just subject), but it just reminds me of it.
Wonderful, wonderful detail.
